- Develop rednile artist/founders as individuals and artists by taking part in interesting and challenging projects.
- Assist in the development of exciting high quality art projects that engage and challenge peoples perceptions of art
- Provide high quality, professional opportunities to artists at all stages of their career
- Promote professionalism and experimentation in the visual arts by providing an environment that encourages cooperation, networking and the sharing of specialist skills and experience.
- Strengthen links to other areas of artistic significance nationally and internationally by collaborating or initiating projects in other parts of the UK and abroad.
- Engage with the wider community with an aim to make art less intimidating.
- Create dynamic projects that encourage the successful cross over of skills and specialisms.
- Actively pursue international projects with the aim of creating an international footing to explore projects that provide cultural challenges on an international platform
